Help us find the issue

Include your game account name, a short description, and the approximate time of the problem. For a payment question, include the provider and receipt or order reference. Never send your password, recovery code, or full payment card details.

Manage your subscription

Use the management link in your web purchase receipt, or manage an app subscription through the Apple or Google account used to purchase it. Account deletion does not cancel subscription billing.
