Delete your account

You can delete your Sketch Relay account without installing the app.

Delete it yourself

1. Open Sketch Relay in your browser and choose Free / Pro.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete. If you forgot your password, select Forgot password (email).
3. Open Free / Pro again, expand the account deletion section, enter your password, confirm the deletion notice, and select Permanently delete account.

Request help with deletion

If you cannot access your account, email owngoodslab@gmail.com to request account deletion. Include your Sketch Relay account name and send the request from your verified recovery email where possible. We must verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send your password or recovery code.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your game account, verified recovery email, hosted rooms, saved results, and active logins. Your account name is removed from contributions retained in other hosts' games. Copies saved by other players are outside our control.

What may remain

Operational events are retained for up to 30 days and processed billing event identifiers for up to 90 days. Payment providers retain transaction records according to their own policies and legal obligations. Support messages may be retained as needed to handle your request, disputes, and applicable obligations. Restricted operational backups are not used to restore deleted information into active use. See our privacy policy for details. You can also request review or deletion of other personal data by email.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel subscription billing. Cancel through the Apple or Google account used for purchase, or the management link in your web purchase receipt.
